My journey to grow my Booty started with a lot of frustration...

Hey Guys! I'm Ramona, and this is a photo from 2017 - After doing years of High Intensity Circuit Type Training.

My goal was to lose some extra fat after i had my baby... but I ended up losing all my curves!

Women on Social Media seemed to grow their glutes so quickly... but boy... I STRUGGLED!

I spent so much time following so called 'fitness gurus', but I never felt like I got anywhere. I was just spinning my wheels and "hoping" it would work.

I hired a Bikini Coach athlete for 1-2-1 coaching and it was money down the drain! She gave me a crazy high volume training plan, a Restrictive Meal Plan that got me sick and offered no guidance at $500!

But here's the good part...

It was through these experiences that I learned how to shape and grow my booty the right way.

Fast forward to today, and I have helped not just myself, but HUNDREDS of women Shape and Grow their Booty right from Home!

I want to share with you right now the 5 reasons why I failed to shape my booty and how you can make sure you don't make the same mistakes I did...

The 5 Reasons why I Failed to Shape my Booty...

 

Mistake #1. I Was Not Doing the Right Exercises!


I was randomly following exercises and workouts on Instagram and Youtube.

These workouts were centered around Squats and Challenges that did nothing to shape my butt.

It was only later on that I realized that certain exercises trigger more Booty Muscle to grow than others.



Mistake #2. I Didn't Know Proper Technique!


My form was a mess. I would only feel the burn in my legs and never in my Booty.

As a result, my legs continued to grow but my Booty refused to shape up.



Mistake #3. I Was Not Eating Correctly For My Goals


I was so confused about how much to eat.

My goals were to keep my waist small and shape and grow my butt but... I couldn't figure out what to eat.

I see now how critical it is to nail your Nutrition for any goal. I wish someone would have told me what to do.


Mistake #4. I Was Doing Circuit-Type High Intensity Workouts!


I spent so much time doing HIIT circuits and got nowhere. I didn't realize that these kind of workouts were actually eating away all the hard work I was putting in.

It was only later on that I learned how to balance fat loss and booty growth to achieve an hourglass shape.


Mistake #5. I Didn't Have Any Good Guidance


I bought so many "expert" guides and programs that never seemed to work, It was like all of them got really lucky with their fitness and just made a career off the thing.

Not sure how much of this was my fault, but the problem was that I never had any honest guidance from successful fitness experts to help me along. I just did my best to guess at everything, which never led anywhere special...

These mistakes actually turned out to be blessings in disguise...

I took all the lessons I learned and completely reshaped my body, in just a few months!

How many weeks of workouts do I get
There are new workouts added every weekand the content is constantly being updated
How long do I have access to the program?
How does lifetime access sound? As long as you are enrolled, you have unlimited access to this program for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Is this program safe for pregnant women
The exercises are low impact and safe for any healthy individual. However, there are several modifications required after the first trimester especially for exercises that require lying on your back. Please consult with your doctor for any modifications and acquire clearance before proceeding with any plan.
How long does each workout take?
Each workout should take you around 30-40 minutes to complete.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
For the first 12 weeks, you will only need a resistance band and a yoga mat. Dumbbells are optional. However, from week 13 onwards, you will need a pair of dumbbells. You will also need a small step stool (or any elevated surface) and a chair. *You can substitute dumbbells for any weighted equipment that you currently have such as kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, handled resistance bands or even a backpack with rice :)
What if I just want to lift and shape my butt and do not want to grow it?
Nutrition will determine whether your booty only shapes or grows as well. The Program includes detailed guidance on how to eat correctly for your goals.
